How do I know more about myself? I do not know what makes me happy.

Here are some tips on how to know more about yourself and what makes you happy:

Pay attention to your feelings. When do you feel happy, sad, angry, or scared? What are the things that trigger these emotions? Once you start to identify your patterns, you can begin to understand what makes you tick.

Reflect on your experiences. What are your proudest accomplishments? What are your biggest regrets? What have you learned about yourself from the challenges you've faced? Taking the time to reflect on your past can help you to better understand your values, strengths, and weaknesses.

Try new things. One of the best ways to learn more about yourself is to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. This could involve taking a class, traveling to a new place, or meeting new people. When you expose yourself to new experiences, you learn more about what you like and dislike, and what makes you feel fulfilled.

Talk to people who know you well. Ask your friends and family members what they see as your strengths and weaknesses. What do they admire about you? What do they think you could work on? Getting feedback from others can help you to see yourself from a different perspective.

Take a personality test. There are a number of personality tests available online and in books that can help you to learn more about your personality type and how it may influence your behavior, interests, and values.

If you're still not sure what makes you happy, here are a few things to consider:

What are your values? What is important to you in life? What do you stand for? Once you know your values, you can start to make decisions that are aligned with them.

What are your strengths and interests? What are you good at? What do you enjoy doing? When you're using your strengths and pursuing your interests, you're more likely to feel happy and fulfilled.

What are your goals and dreams? What do you want to achieve in life? What do you want to leave behind? Having goals and dreams to work towards can give your life meaning and purpose.

It's important to remember that happiness is a journey, not a destination. It's something that you have to work at on a daily basis. But the more you learn about yourself and what makes you happy, the better equipped you'll be to create a happy and fulfilling life for yourself.
