How to remain comfortable, independent of people's behavior?

Remaining comfortable and independent of other people's behavior can be challenging, but it is possible with some intentional mindset shifts and self-care practices. Here are some tips to help you maintain your comfort and independence:

1. Focus on self-awareness: Develop a strong sense of self and cultivate self-awareness. Understand your values, personal boundaries, and what makes you feel comfortable. This self-awareness will help you navigate different situations and interactions more effectively.
