There are many paradoxes in life that can be thought-provoking and sometimes contradictory. Here are a few examples:
1. The more you seek happiness, the more it eludes you: Happiness often comes when we stop actively pursuing it and instead focus on living in the present moment and finding contentment in what we have.
2. The only constant is change: Change is a fundamental aspect of life, and yet our human instinct often resists and fears it. We crave stability and routine while simultaneously needing growth and progress.
